For 5 days, choose one daily discomfort that takes 10 minutes or less.

Your menu (pick one)

- A 10-minute walk without your phone
- A cold rinse at the end of your shower
- Write the sentence you keep avoiding (journal or note): “The truth is…”
- One direct message or conversation you have been postponing
- 10 minutes of strength work (pushups, squats, carries)
The reflection (2 minutes)

Each day, answer:
- What did I try to avoid today?
- What did I prove to myself?
- What standard do I want to keep?
