I had the privilege of talking with Aaron Elsner of LAS Cast in the Netherlands.  Interdisciplinarity is what we talked about and the journey I’ve been on from Customer Service to Coaching, and what I have learned along the way.

It was a great opportunity to get clearer on why I do what I do and what tools I bring to the table. At the same time, it was great to connect with what Aaron is doing, and where he is going. We were able to talk on the subject of a Liberal Arts education.
