I’m Rina Cohen, from Melbourne Australia – an Interior Designer, Wellness Coach and Lifebook Leader on a mission to help you design the life you truly love. I am fuelled by smoothies, whole foods, sunshine and creative design. Every day is like an orange. The way to live is to get all the juice.

Graduating as an Interior Designer, for over 37 years I have focused on the ‘design’ of residential and commercial interior spaces. RCI Designs is a niche interior consultancy that pays attention to detail, to creatively impact and connect our Clients to where they live, work and play.

Married with a young family, running my own business, keeping fit, meeting friends and living a fully packed life, I realised that I was constantly doing without replenishing. I felt unfulfilled, tired and constantly stressed. As they say on the aeroplane, ‘take the oxygen for yourself first’, it was time for me to step back a get perspective. I started making small shifts, listening to my inner voice and saying ‘no’ to what did not serve me. I began to live more consciously and with eyes wide open.  That’s when I discovered Lifebook and it became my action plan to a 12 category smart life. My Lifebook has become the foundation for the life that I want to live, by my design.

I know that health is my wealth and its starts with nourishing my mind, body and spirit. I took a deep dive into Feng Shui, became a qualified Health Coach and an Integrated Nutritional Health Coach and applied this to my life and design work. My energy is replenished and I now live in the rhythm of My Lifebook design with fun, focus and measurable results.

I look for the sunshine in every day. I will admit some days life does not run to my design, so I choose to accept, learn the lesson, refine and redesign if necessary.

It is a privilege to design bespoke interiors for my Clients that transforms the way they live. With Lifebook, now I am able to inform and inspire my Clients to become the Designers of their own life.
